In communication, the basics have to be in place before the sexy bit takes shape. It is not for nothing that any revolutionary worth the name seizes the TV and radio stations at the first opportunity, having developed a digital presence.
Our role is to constructively challenge and advise on the implications of operational strategies and plans and the management of opportunities. This includes providing intelligence on, and understanding of, the views and likely reactions of influential audiences and then developing communication strategy accordingly.
Having solid data, facts, skills and established procedures to hand, coupled to a willingness and capability to engage, beats lurking in a bunker and refusing to speak to anyone, or spinning, every time.
Bridgewell has wide experience of setting up communication capabilities and processes in organisations of all sizes and geographic distributions, from single site to global, and sometimes in adverse circumstances.
